JIPP — the Jiweze Improved Productivity Programme — was established with a clear and passionate purpose: to give the hardworking people of Kenya access to reliable, affordable, and dignified financial services.
We started by supporting local Chamas — the informal savings and investment groups that have long been the financial backbone of Kenyan communities. We saw their potential, and we built systems to help them grow, formalize, and thrive.
Today, JIPP SACCO serves over 15,000 members and 1000+ registered Chamas across Kenya, offering savings products, affordable loans, and financial education to individuals and groups alike.

Josphat leads JIPP's day-to-day operations with passion and precision. He holds a Masters in Finance and has championed Chama empowerment programs across Kenya since JIPP's founding.
Diana leads daily operations, ensuring workflows run smoothly, resources are optimized, and all departments meet their performance goals efficiently and effectively.
Anne oversees all loan processing, credit assessment, and member financial advisory services. She ensures every loan decision is fair, fast, and responsible.
James is the first point of contact for all members. He handles registrations, account queries, and Chama onboarding with warmth and efficiency.
Patrick manages JIPP's digital infrastructure, member portal, and data security systems — ensuring your information and money remain safe at all times.
Mirriam ensures JIPP operates within all SASRA regulations and internal policies. She conducts regular audits to protect member interests and maintain our license.
